Fees and Insurance

Initial Intake Session:                                                              $175

55 Minute Session**:                                                             $155

45 Minute Session:                                                                $110

30 Minute Session:                                                                 $80

Interactive Complexity (family therapy, play therapy):   Additional $15

Phone calls, letter writing, collaboration with other providers     $155/hr, billed in 20 minute increments

 

**Not all insurance companies will reimburse for a 55 minute session.

 

Sliding Scale is also available to those who qualify and can demonstrate need.

Discounts are offered to cash paying clients who do not require additional paperwork for billing or insurance.

 

I am a preferred provider for the following insurance plans:

• LifeWise of Washington

• Regence Blue Shield

• First Choice

• Kaiser Permanente

• United Behavioral Health

• Aetna 

• MHN

• Cigna

 

If you are not insured by any of these companies, you may still qualify for reimbursement for out-of-network services.  In this situation, you would pay up front, then submit your claim yourself to your insurer.  

 

  

Payments

 

Payments for services are due by the 15th of the month.  I now can accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and Health Savings Account Cards.  Please contact me directly if you would like to pay by credit card.  

 

Cancellations

 

I require 24 hours notice to cancel scheduled appointments.  For missed sessions or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged full fee.  If you have a standing appointment, you will need to call and confirm future sessions to maintain your regular appointment slot.
