I am a Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, a Child Mental Health Specialist, and a Registered Play Therapist.  I have worked within the social work/mental health field for over 20 years.  I provide individual and family therapy to children, teens, and adults. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, family/life changes (including divorce and death), parenting issues, childhood behavioral and mood disruptions, and trauma.
